Staff includes One Chief Physicist, One Junior Physicist, and three Dosimetrists.

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates to fill the critical role of Senior Medical Physicist at our downtown Jacksonville, FL campus. Working with patients in all age groups, the position will primarily perform physics calibration, acceptance testing, quality assurance procedures and clinical treatment planning. Work will be performed in a fast paced environment using computer software/systems extensively for treatment planning.

Qualified candidates will possess all of the following:

• Master’s Degree in Medical Physics
• 5+ years of clinical experience in radiation therapy and stereotactic radiosurgery
• ABR or ABMP Board certification
• Florida licensure (or ability to acquire one)
• Good Communication Skills
• Proficiency with MS Windows and Office, including Access Visual Basic programming
